Requirement
Our client, one of the largest IT companies across the globe and one of the top three market players in Indian IT industry was looking for Business Analysts in the Capital Markets Domain.

Challenge
Client was looking for a BE + MBA combo in Finance /Investment Banking, and candidates with experience in capital markets as Business Analysts in the top rated companies. The position was open ended wherein they required a large number of positions to be closed.

Background
Our client offers a full portfolio of services across industries, delivering measurable business benefits for customers with six sigma consistency. Ranked as the 7th best software services company in the world by Business Week, the company is a supermarket of technology services that cover micro-chips, network equipment and business software.
Client has a separate security vertical and was in search of Business Analysts to handle their new projects. The firm had difficulties in finding the numbers matching the requirement.

Alternatives
We had only two alternatives in hand. Either to give up, or take this challenge and give them the apt candidates they were in search of.
